These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and AI services provided by 4Infiniti AI Agency ("4Infiniti," "we," "us"). By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

2. Our Services

4Infiniti designs, builds, and supports AI phone assistants, AI-powered CRM workflows, and follow-up automation for accounting firms, insurance agencies, law firms, and home service businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

3. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. You must not submit false, misleading, or spam content through our contact or intake forms.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver effective AI assistants, clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to relevant systems (CRM, calendar, phone provider), and timely feedback during setup. 4Infiniti is not responsible for delays or poor results caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by 4Infiniti and protected by intellectual property laws. Custom scripts, prompts, and configurations created for a client engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement agreement.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees for setup, monthly plans, and integrations are set out in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, setup fees are due before work begins and monthly fees are due in advance. Overdue invoices may result in suspension of services.

7. AI Assistant Limitations

AI phone assistants are automated tools and may occasionally misinterpret requests, produce imperfect responses, or require human escalation. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving scripts, routing rules, and escalation paths before launch, and for monitoring performance thereafter.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted, error-free, or specific business outcomes from our AI assistants or automation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Infiniti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost leads, lost data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4Infiniti from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement per the terms of the engagement agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
